Greenbrier County Schools reminds families that Friday, November 17, is a Teacher-Parent Conference Day. Students do not report to school on Friday. Please schedule in advance to meet with your child's teacher. Thank you!


GWHS will be offering Core Class Grade Recovery for 1st 9 weeks. Counselors met with students today and sent home permission forms for the GoGreenbrier AfterSchool Program. These permission forms need to be signed and returned ASAP. We will begin 1st 9 Weeks Grade Recovery on Monday, November 27th. After school program is held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:30pm-5:30pm. Students will be able to complete assignments in an attempt to recovery their failing grade to a 60% D. All assignments are worth 4 points. More information is available as a Livegrades message to all parents and students as well as posted in your students Grade Level GoogleClassroom.

Our playoff football game will again be in Charmco... Friday night at 7:30 against Wahama. Both of us are 11-0 and it should be a dandy of a game.

All Veteran's of Greenbrier County are invited to attend a ceremony at Greenbrier West High School on Thursday November 9th at 9 am. As a thank you to our Veteran's for their service, we will be providing a brunch, as well an outstanding presentation provided by Greenbrier West Choir, Greenbrier West ROTC, Cavalier Culinary and our Greenbrier West SGA students. We hope you will be able to come and enjoy the program.
